“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.”
If you're looking for the premier program to change kids' lives, you've come to the right place! Awana is the leading ministry to help local churches reach children and youth with the gospel and train them to know, love and serve Christ.
The Awana ministry is a program that works together with the parent in training their child/children spiritually, mentally, socially, and physically. We spend time playing games, reciting memorized Bible verses, and learning about God and His Word. Community Bible Church's Awana ministry impacts children grades Kindergarten to 6th grade along with their families and the entire community while helping instruct parents, train volunteers and make the Children's Ministry all that God intends them to be!
Nearly 12,000 U.S. churches and more than 4,000 churches overseas run the Awana program, and the list is growing.

"Worship is more than just singing songs on Sunday morning. It is an outpouring of our hearts to a Holy God. Our hope is that on Sunday mornings our worship service is more than just a time of singing, but a time where hearts are opened to not only receive from God but to also give back to Him the worship He so richly deserves. We hope that you will join us in this time of exalting our King!!"
Well it's that time again! Christmas choir will be starting rehearsals Sept 18th. Youth and Adult Choir will meet Thursdays at 7PM and Children's Choir will meet on Thursdays at 6PM. Please pray about taking part in this! It is a great time of worship and fellowship!
Children's Choir will be doing a Christmas play entitled An Unplugged Christmas. If you are interested in your child being a part of this, they must attend at least 75% of the rehearsals. This will be taking the place of the children's nativity this year.
This is a synopsis of the play:
Lindsey and her friends are excited! Why? The local TV station is having a contest for “The Biggest, Brightest Christmas Show Ever” and they are entered to win! They've planned a great show to impress the secret judge – lots of lights, a rockin' carol medley, and even a Silent Night light show. However, all goes well until BAM, all the lights go off! It is in the quiet of a small shining star that they are reminded that Jesus is the true Light of Christmas!
Signup sheets are in the foyer or you can email me at email@example.com and I will add you or your kids to the list!
